Your Artistic Expression for Healing.

Our organization is dedicated to bridge the community of well-being through performing arts and mental health advocacy.

My Story

“I was bullied as a child and kept it all inside. I didn’t know how to speak up for myself, but when I attended a childcare program that gave me an opportunity to act in plays, something changed. That space became my outlet—it’s where I finally felt heard. I was a shy kid, but on stage, I found my voice.

Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked with so many students who remind me of that younger version of myself. Kids who are hurting, overlooked, or unsure of how to express what they’re going through. I’ve seen how giving them a creative space—especially on stage—opens them up. That’s when they realize someone is listening, and that their voice really does matter.

Starting this organization is my gift to them and to the world—something real and lasting for the youth who are coming up after me. Because I know what it’s like to feel invisible. And I know how powerful it is when someone finally sees you. I was once that kid.”
